Sherwood Catering is a Nottingham-based catering company run by Henry Filloux-Bennett, specialising in seasonal, freshly prepared food for events and parties.

Henry has worked in kitchens including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (Michelin 3-star) and Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's (Michelin 1-star) in London, as well as Merchant's, Loch Fyne Restaurant and Pierre Victoire in Nottingham.

He has catered for weddings, charity events, West End first night receptions, and private dinner parties.
